The Warwick Conference Center

In early 1959 the Warwick Conference Center was purchased by the Regional Synod of New York of the Reformed Church in America and later joint ownership was established with the Regional Synod of the Mid-Atlantics of the Reformed Church in America (RCA). This property was aquired to support the spiritual formation of children and youth as well as support new and ongoing ministries within the RCA.

Previously own by a NY telephone company, improvements began to be made on the 465-acre property and buildings over the next 3 decades including the addition of Assembly Hall, updating the West House, building the Collegiate Lodge and Cabins, installing the pool, and cultivating the Picnic Grounds. All the while, programming and guests were helping to fill the grounds with God’s Light and life. Since then, both Mulder Chapel and St. Paul’s Prayer Chapel have been added to the property and we have expanded our hospitality beyond the RCA.

Today, we are grateful to welcome a diverse number of retreat groups throught the year. We offer lodging and meeting spaces for groups to utilize as they implement their own programming during their stay. In the summer we have a vibrant camp program including Day Camp and Camp Sunrise, an overnight camp experience for adults who have disabilities.Throughout our 65 years of ministry, the Holy Spirit continues to lead us in our mission into the future.

Our Enduring Mission

Echoing God’s desire for all people to be still and draw near, the Warwick Conference Center is a broadly inclusive place of welcome, hospitality, reflection and retreat where all are invited to seek renewal, pursue personal and corporate growth, and have the opportunity to listen for God’s voice.
