The Warwick Conference Center has three tiers of sleeping accommodations.
These accommodations are in our Conference Center and are comprised of 19 bedrooms that sleeps up to 59. Majority of the rooms can sleep up to 3 people in single beds.
The East House has shared bathrooms on the first floor and common bathrooms on the second floor like a bed & breakfast or dormitory. This building is not air-conditioned.
The West House is similar to a motel style lodging without television or telephone. It is comprised of 33 bedrooms that sleeps from 66 -100 people based on how you utilize the bedrooms. The bedrooms have twin beds, double beds and cots for sleeping. The West House bedrooms have private baths and are air-conditioned.
The East and West Houses are connected and there are a total of 4 meeting rooms for this area: Main Lounge, Assembly Hall, Neevel Lounge and the Sun Room. The dining room is shared with the groups booked at the Conference Center and is located in the East House.
Collegiate Lodge and Cabins
This is our bunk bed facility. It is comprised of 4 cabins with 16 heated bunk rooms and accommodates up to 164 people. Each cabin has 4 rooms, each of which sleeps up to 10 for a total of 40 in each cabin. In each of the bunk rooms there is a bathroom which is shared by the group of 10. There are also 2 apartments in the Collegiate Lodge (2 single beds in each) that may be perfect to house your leaders.
Your group will need to provide all linens (which includes all bedding and towels, etc.) Linens and towels are available at an additional rental fee. Two large meeting rooms and the dining room are located in the main building called Collegiate Lodge. Camp Warwick, our summer camp program takes place from mid-June – mid August each year and is not available during this time. This facility is not air-conditioned.
Our weekend package consists of 2 nights’ lodging, linens, 5 meals and includes the use of a meeting room. The weekend starts with arrival on Friday from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. with Saturday breakfast as your first meal, and ending with lunch on Sunday with departure by 2:30 pm. The minimum stay at our facility is one night and three meals.
Use of our outdoor pool (Memorial Day – Labor Day), swings/slides, softball field, sand volleyball, basketball and hiking trails are included in your rates. Please bring sports equipment along since we have many open areas for your group activities.
After your group has decided on the retreat date and style of accommodation, we will send a contract you via email and USPS. We ask that you review all details and sign the contract. Please sent your signed contract and the 30% deposit of your estimated retreat cost within 2 weeks after you receive your contract.
